Once payment has been made, there will be an option to create an account. This is only an option and is not necessary to complete your payment transaction.
Please be aware of the transaction fees when paying online.
E-check payment is a flat fee of $1.50, but is much higher when using a debit/credit card.
Please be aware that PYCSD does not receive any portion of the fees collected for online transactions.
