Tax bills were mailed on August 31 and tax collection begins on Wednesday September 1, 2010.  Taxes may be paid w/o penalty through Thursday, September 30^th.  A 2% penalty will be added beginning October 1, 2010.  The last day to pay school taxes will be Monday, November 1, 2010.  Tax bills may be mailed to Dept. # 117013, PO Box 5270, Binghamton, NY 13902 or paid in person at Community Bank at 151 Main Street, Penn Yan, NY or the branch at 272 Lake Street Plaza in Penn Yan, NY during their normal business hours.  Tax information is also available on the internet at www.taxlookup.net/pennyan
